How does PMCCS handle incoming calls?
Your customers contact you by calling your SkypeID or SkypeIN PSTN number, Pretty May Skype Call Centre automatically answers the call, and routes the caller to the built-in IVR system, after selcting the appropriate pre programmed option, or extension, the caller is then transfered to the call to the next available or appropriate agent/staff depend on the button the caller pressed.
Amazingly, with one SkypeIN number, up to 30 simultaneous Skype or SkypeIn lines are supported in PMCCS with up to 500 mailboxes. Note that the number of lines and quality is dependent upon broadband speed and throughput - AbbiTek can advise the appropratet conection speed or provide suitable XDSL services.
